Actor Biography

Rebecca Henderson is Olivia, a brilliant melancholic lesbian Sam meets in AA, in Freeform's highly anticipated comedy "Single Drunk Female."

Henderson is best known for her portrayal of Lizzy on the award-winning Netflix series "Russian Doll," as well as her work in independent films including "Appropriate Behavior," "Mistress America" and "Mickey and the Bear." Upcoming film appearances include "The Good House," opposite Sigourney Weaver and Kevin Kline, and "Werewolves Within," opposite Sam Richardson.

Henderson co-stars in the upcoming Shonda Rhimes limited Netflix series "Finding Anna." Other television credits include "Orange Is the New Black," "I'm Sorry," "Rectify," "The First," "The Good Wife," and recurring roles on "Westworld" and "Manhunt." On stage in New York, Henderson has originated roles in "MOSCOWx6" (MCC Theater), "Too Much, Too Much, Too Many" (Roundabout Theatre), "Bright Half Life" (Women's Project Theater), "Your Mother's Copy of the Kama Sutra" and "The Whale" (Playwrights Horizons). Her work in Signature Theatre's revival of "The Wayside Motor Inn" earned her a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Ensemble.

Originally from Canada, Henderson moved to New York to attend Columbia University, where she earned her Master of Fine Arts in acting.
